Felicia Witherspoon has been passionate about real estate since 2007, when she purchased her first investment property with a friend.She has been hooked ever since. She has worked diligently with her husband and investors to purchase, flip and stage properties. A resident of Thomasville Ga for more than 30 years she has served the community as a Physical Therapist Assistant, and now is excited to be turning that community focus to real estate. Her passion for real estate has driven her to her most recent accomplishment of becoming a realtor. Whether you are a buyer, seller, or an investor, she can assist you with your needs. She is excited to join her husband as Team Witherspoon at Keysouth. In her spare time she enjoys traveling with family and friends and staging properties.
